2018年9月29日学术报告:Open a door for the pollen tube: OsINP1 and OsDAF1 control pollen aperture formation in rice

报告人简介

梁婉琪,女,博士,上海交通大学生命科学与技术学院教授,以水稻生殖发育作为主要研究方向。克隆鉴定了多个在水稻花序、花器官、雌雄生殖器官特征决定、形态建成和发育过程中起到关键作用的基因,提出了水稻花药细胞层发育的级联调控机制、配子体和孢子体协同发育调节机制、减数分裂的转录后调控机制等对水稻生殖发育过程的新认识。研究成果发表在包括Nature Communications、DevelopmentalCell、Plant Cell、PNAS、Cell Research、MolecularPlant、Plant Physiology等学术期刊上。作为完成人之一获得了2004年和2013年上海市科学技术进步一等奖,2005年宁夏回族自治区科学进步奖一等奖。2013年获得国家优秀青年科学基金资助,2014年获得了明治生命科学奖,2015年获得受国家自然基金和英国皇家协会共同资助的高级牛顿学者项目资助,2017年作为第2完成人获得教育部高校科学研究优秀成果奖一等奖。

 教育背景:

1995年7月,南京大学,植物生理学专业,获本科学位;

1998年6月,中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所,遗传学专业,获硕士学位;

2006年5月,中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所,遗传学专业,获博士学位。

 

工作经历:

1998年7月-2005年6月:上海农业科学院,助理研究员;

2005年7月至今:上海交通大学生命科学技术学院,副教授,教授。

 

研究方向:

1、水稻生殖发育机制:研究水稻开花、花序和花器官特征决定及形态建成、雌雄配子发育等过程的分子机制

2、光温调节水稻生殖发育机制:研究植物生殖过程响应外界光温变化、调节自身发育的分子机制
